• Rental Period: Your rental begins on the first day of your reservation and ends on the last day. For example, a Saturday-to-Saturday stay equals a 7-day rental.
• Delivery and Pickup:
  • All golf carts are delivered to your rental property by 6 PM on your check-in day.
  • We start picking up carts as early as 7 AM on your check-out day.
• Personalized Delivery: Whenever possible, we strive to deliver your golf cart directly to you so we can walk you through its features and ensure you’re comfortable. If your arrival time is later in the day, no problem—we’ll accommodate your schedule!

Features and Guidelines for Use
Our golf carts are not only convenient but also fully street legal. Here’s what you need to know:

• Street Legal (LSV): Carts can be driven on roads with speed limits of 35 MPH or less.
• Safety First: Drivers and passengers must use seat belts, and all road rules must be followed.
• Lithium Battery: Offering longer battery life, quicker charging, and reliable performance to keep you cruising around effortlessly during your vacation.
• Island-Specific Use: Carts cannot cross any major bridge off the island.

Rental Requirements
To rent a golf cart, the following documentation and conditions must be met:

• Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license for every driver.
• Insurance Card: Provide proof of insurance, including carrier and policy number.
• Signed Waiver: All renters must sign a liability waiver form.
• Driver Age: Drivers must be at least 21 years old.
• Payment and Deposit:
  • A method of payment is required at booking.
  • A cash deposit may be required (subject to change).

Pricing and Policies

• Flat Rate: The price covers the entire reservation period.
• NC Sales Tax: Prices are subject to a 6.75% NC sales tax.
• Minimum Rental: There is a two-day minimum for all golf cart rentals.
• Free Delivery: We deliver your cart to your vacation rental at no extra cost!
